This book is actually pretty good! It reminds me of the Idiot's Guide to Beautiful Skin with the addition of hair, body, cosmetics and general appearance tips.  We all know that Stephanie Seymour made her career on looking beautiful and has picked up many a beauty secret along the way.  She talks about make-up and skincare as well as how to shape the brows and about facial shapes - it truly is a good read if you are into acquiring knowledge on improving your physical well being.
