Very detailed! Not all that glitters is red-white-and-blue! So many books out there which dabble on the most common mannerisms and forms of etiquette which are Americanized or considered "European". With so many cultures it is ignorant to think that a handshake and a nod will get you by. Kindness will, however - but even that you must be careful with.
