I think this site is great! It is a bit different than most because it isn't just a site for ONE surgery. This is very informative! I come here often and really enjoy all the info that you have found! I can see that you work very hard! I just had a Rhinoplasty and found this site doing searches for information on the net. I think this site is terrific because during my pre and post surgery (it's been only 3 days!) I've had the support and friendship of those who've been through the emotional and the physical spectrum transitioned with these procedures! It has helped me get thru each new day of the experience. Being the same age and having undergone several rhinoplasty's myself (due to a birth defect) and now considering breast augmentation, I feel a "connection" with you moreso than an older doctor / advisor. I LOVE THIS SITE!! With all the other sites I've been to (which is ALOT!) they would tell me what to expect physically as far as pain, and then follow that with, saying that the pain meds will help that, but this one actually gave me a checklist of items I might want to get for before and after the surgery, things that slip your mind especially when you're under a significant amount of stress. Now I have a special folder for myself and my husband with printed off checklists for when I get my surgery.

I think that with today's modern technological advances and with creative financing, people should be able to feel better about themselves...and if that means a breast aug. or a chemical peel or a tummy tuck, then I say more power to them!� I can walk/run that darn treadmill until I'm blue in the face and yes, my butt and legs will look good, but no exercise that I have tried to date had helped my sagging due to nursing, thus the need for my BA and lift.� I did this for ME...not the public or because the cover of Cosmo looks good, but for my own self image...and if I can help anyone else, then sign me up! YTF is the #1 resource on the web today in all of my research...plus you have access to links to more info via your site.� Boobapalooza will be too much fun!!�

I just wanted to say that your site is the only one that is unbiased to the point that equal emphasis is given on both the negative and the positive. I appreciate that so much because most websites mention a few risks but you include them all. Plus that you have had surgeries yourself and continue to research even for surgeries you never plan on having is very altruistic of you. I found your site really interesting, well I had one too - with the breast enlargement 2 years ago in Thailand. It left me with a scar at both sides of the underarm. The surgeons in Thailand don't offer many alternatives. As well as some guys don't like it if they know that they are fake. Well...I like my new look anyways. Thanks

I love the absolute glamour of this site and the glamorous hostess of the site too. I know that cosmetic surgery is not always a glamour giving endeavor but if we can have some glamour when we do research - so much the better. Speaking of research, this site is crammed full of fantastic information both from an experiential point of view and an educational standpoint. This site is friendly too - which helps a lot.
