Full Rhinoplasty with nasal cartilage transfer to upper tip and minor columella tuck/reduction. After photo is 18 months post-op. The before photo is at 21 y/o and in the after photo, the nostrils look more flared because I am smiling - the nostrils tend to widen several millimeters when I smile.
