For the first 4 days, it is!! It's hell! lol

and now here I am 6 lb back and I am veggie and can't stand meat AGAIN and am carbing out. Sometimes I wonder if I should just give in and eat tunafish 24-7. I hate it but it's better than being heavier than I wish I could be.

Hi Marrianne. Happy New Year to You.

In 2010 I'm resolving to get back in shape once and forever. I've gotten some belly flab from too little gym and too much computer time. I'm going to look into trying a master cleanse program. I'm not sure if I'll last nearly as long as you.

I think you mentioned that one day you began to feel "acidic" while dirt biking. If you see this post can you please tell me what that feels like to you? Did you feel short of breath? I ask because I know there are ph balance problems of the blood that can result in changes in respiration.

Default Acidic meaning in my stomach and esophagus :(

Sometimes I get that way with caffeine and not enough food, or when I eat something fatty (when I used to eat meat) or even too much tomato in my diet.

But as far as respiration, I don't have the best stamina when it comes to that and get out of breath faster than I think I should. My recovery is pretty good, but I get out of breath easy - going up the stairs a few times sometimes throws me off and surprises me.

I honestly think I need to just get into cardio more. As in the boring kind. I am active but when it comes to real cardio, running, biking, etc. It kills me.

I don't know why I even complain because I know what it is and have no right to b*tch about it . More cardio, less carbs. End of story. Easier said than done

What plan do you have to get rid of what you are aiming for?
