Dermabrasion questions! Is it worth it?

Hello All-

I'm curious if anyone could tell me their story with dermabrasion, I am scheduled for full face dermabrasion in Sept; I am doing it for minor acne scars. Could you tell me what to expect for recovery and how long before a will look normal or can go without makeup? ####I have done some research on the Internet but would love to hear it from someone who has gone through it.

Hi had it done twice in spots where i had scarring. I got MINIMAL improvement. Took about a week or so for the scabs to heal, then redness for months. Have to stay out of the sun or you will get brown patches...

After 16 years of trying fillers, dermabrasion, botox, etc. , I have started getting sili 1000 injected in my scars and I am am finally seeing results. =)
