Default Color OOps, hair color remover review

I tried this product and I'm very happy. My hair is very dry (due to thyroid problems), I get touch ups every 4 weeks, for some reason my last touch up the color came out darker then usual. I have med. golden brown hair and this product took out all the old dye on my hair.
You MUST follow the directions exactly, there is NO peroxide involved and you can apply new hair color the same day. I haven't applied any new color because I like the color I have. It's very close to my natural hair color when I was 18, I do need a touch up for my gray roots, which I will have done in a few days.
So if you want to remove any hair dye from your hair or lighten the color that you aren't happy with, try this product. It costs less then $15 and takes time. You have to rinse out your hair for 15 min.
But it works!

Default Thank you for posting this!

And good timing. My niece needs to remove some color out of her hair and they were going to strip it with harsh chemicals. I am so glad you posted this.

Default Happy to help

Stripping the hair is very harsh. Just remember to read the directions carefully. The rinsing part is key to get the product completely out. And if you apply color again, go lighter because the hair is very porous, but not damaged. Also apply a very strong conditioner prior to applying new hair color. Oh, use a shampoo that doesn't say for colored hair, use a clarifying shampoo.
good luck

Default Her hair is SO beautiful

But she's a "ginger" Strawberry blond hair, eyebrows and eyelashes. I dyed her lashes and brows and it looked great! She wants to go back a little blonder but I like the darker hair on her. It has faded though and needs root touch ups. Her hair is SO long, I think she takes it for granted. lol I have cruddy hair so I never want her to do anything to hers. Envy.

I will tell her about it today. But she is 14 so she might have changed her mind since last week, lol.
