Blepharoplasty Revision
I had an unethical doctor in 1998 allow students perform a bleph on me after I said I no longer wanted before a rhinoplasty.
Although it was a lower bleph, he did a "lateral canthus" approach and left horrific creases above my eyes. Also, one eye's vision has deteriorated significantly, tremendously. I have a dry left eye and my eyes don't blink at the same time. I live near San Francisco. Who can I talk to and how much can I expect to pay ? Thanks !
