Don't know what procedure I need. Help!

So I've posted before but I've researched quite a bit and learned that injections may not help me.
I want to show more of my vermillion and have it show more vertically- toward my nose, if that makes sense. I don't think that a filler will give me the results I want, they just make the area plumper and I want to increase the amount of red lip that shows upward- not just cover my teeth with it, which is what lip injections appear to do- am I wrong?

I'm afraid of a surgical procedure, however. I'm only 19 and I feel like a a lip lift would not age well and would leave a bad scar?
I just want to have nice lips and I don't know what to do to get them.

Any suggestions, please?! I can post pics if necessary.
